With over a decade of experience in sports development, sales, and operations, Aaron currently serves as Manager of Recruiting & Club Relationships at USA Football, where he cultivates strategic partnerships and supports the growth of football nationwide. Aaron has spent his career building meaningful relationships, promoting impactful programming, and driving initiatives that create safer, more enriching experiences for athletes and coaches alike.

Previously, he spent nine years as a Regional Manager with USA Football, leading outreach and engagement efforts across the Eastern U.S., and working closely with football organizations to implement the USA Football Development Model. His background also includes leadership roles in collegiate sports marketing with institutions such as the University of Pittsburgh and St. Bonaventure University, where he directed sponsorship, marketing, and game day operations.

In addition to Aaron's professional work, he's served at SCCSD in multiple capacities for nearly two decades, and recently as the Defensive Coordinator for Salamanca High School’s football program.  ​
