Shoup joining SHS teammates in Big 30 Classic

Jeremiah Shoup will play for New York in the 45th Big 30 All-Star Senior Classic, as the rosters now stand at 35 players each with the 10th week of additions announced.

Shoup, a 5-foot-11, 175-pound running back/defensive end, earned a first-team league honor at defensive end. He plans to attend college and said he’s wanted to play in the Big 30 game for years. His most memorable football moment was having a winning season this year. His favorite hobby is fishing and his favorite NFL team is the Cincinnati Bengals.

Shoup joins Salamanca classmates Leland John, Braden Siebert and Nick Johnson on the New York team.

Also joining the New York roster are Cuba-Rushford wide receiver/defensive back Tucker Rouse, Southwestern running back/defensive back Brian Burns and Pioneer two-way lineman Derek Biscaro.
