Salamanca to host "Meet the Warriors" and open practice (Updated)

The Salamanca varsity football team will host a "Meet the Warriors" night and open practice at Vet's Park on Friday, August 30th. The team is slated to practice from 5:00 to 7:00pm. During that time, members of the Warriors coaching staff and team will participate in a regularly scheduled practice and take time to interact with the crowd. At the conclusion of practice, the 2019 Warriors will be introduced to parents and fans.

Additional event details will be announced at a later date. The 2019 season will be the final played at the Veteran's Memorial Park in Salamanca as it currently appears. City voters recently approved a $34.78 million capital improvement project with no tax impact for athletic renovations.

MEET THE WARRIORS NIGHT! Friday, August 30, 2019 Come by Veterans Memorial Park and watch the Warriors practice from 5:00-7:00pm. We’ll introduce the football players, cheerleaders and coaches. Open to the public -- Families are encouraged to attend.
