Salamanca’s Kyler named Trench Trophy Offensive Lineman of the Year

On Thursday, Dec. 5, Salamanca football lineman Warrick Kyler (left) was named the Offensive Lineman of the Year at the annual Trench Trophy Award ceremony.
Kyler, who has played a pivotal role in the Warriors’ road to the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) Final, amassed 85 total tackles this season, 15 of which for losses and two being sacks.
He was joined at the ceremony by the Warriors’ coach Chad Bartoszek.
